They knew that I would be living there for only 2.5 years, and needed a house for when I was building the Trinity Hospital. They worked well with the price range I had given them. The house is really a duplex, with two serperate owners. But it is legally setup as a condo, with a common water line. This added complexity to the sale as they had to work with the neighboring condo owner to get the sale done.
